Various matters of attention were analyzed and a detailed study was carried out.

   In order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, in 2018 Shenzhen Shennan East Road lighting project design plan, proposed the planning and design goals of show square, plastic landmark, camp atmosphere, and beautiful avenue. Under the guidance of "Shenzhen Urban Lighting Special Planning" and "Luohu District Lighting Area Detailed Planning", the project implements the urban lighting construction idea of integration of planning, design and implementation, and completed the Shennandong project in less than two months.  The overall design scope of the project is from Hongling Road to Xinxiu Interchange, with a total length of about 3.9 kilometers, including buildings on both sides, landscape night lighting design. Among them, the key bidding section is the core section of Luohu business, from Hongling Road to Baoan South Road on both sides of the building night scene lighting improvement design, a total of 16 buildings, including the two major landmark buildings in Shenzhen, Kingkey 100, Diwang Building and other super high-rise buildings architecture.

It is pre-processed and assembled into independent unit panels in the factory, and then transported to the installation site for installation in strict accordance with the construction process. The system has many features such as high assembly precision, strong earthquake resistance, synchronous construction, waterproof and anti-seepage, and self-cleaning. not afraid

In super typhoon, in order to control the swing of the building in the wind, the designer also designed and placed two active dampers on the 91st floor of the building, which can resist the once-in-a-century typhoon.

The owners are most concerned about the waterproofing of the curtain wall, the safety of the building, and of course the operation right after the project is completed.

When we first contacted the owner, we found a lot of high-rise buildings and listed similar practices in an attempt to convince the owner to accept the installation of lamps on the wall. In order not to damage the waterproofing of the curtain wall, we thought about avoiding the method of nailing and using structural adhesive and steel wire double insurance to fix it. For this reason, we also did some destructive tests. Suspend heavy objects for proven feasible purposes. In fact, as owners, they are not at ease. This is not supported by theoretical data. Once an accident occurs, no one can take responsibility; for a while, the project cannot be advanced. .

To this end, after coordination and discussion with relevant government functional departments, supervisors, owners, design, construction and other parties, it was decided to take the road of expert demonstration. Although the time was very tight at that time, the original plan called for the lights to be turned on on April 30, which is only 45 days away from this time node. time, there is no way, no one dares to act recklessly. In the end, we invited a professional team with relevant curtain wall design and construction qualifications to transfer from the archives.

Taking the original wind tunnel test data of the building design at that time, a series of calculations were made: wind load calculation, light strip and connection calculation, the influence of the addition of light strips on beams, and the increase of light strips on the column.

After a long period of painful torment and tossing, one day a bold idea suddenly popped into my mind. Why can't we jump out of this thinking and take a bold step forward? The lamps and the glass curtain wall gusset plate are integrated, this is not perfect! For various reasons, although this plan was not finally implemented, it was feasible after consulting curtain wall experts, and the chief engineer of Party A also said that this is the best solution. It's a pity that everyone's thinking was solidified in the state of rushing to work; this is also what I mentioned earlier and what was lacking at that time.
